Wii Fit Plus

Has anybody here on Buddy Slim ever used the Wii and the Wii Fit Plus or the Wii Cardio to lose weight. My wife and I just purchased one and due to arrive tomorrow via UPS. Would like to know how it has helped you and if you have any suggestions as to a diet plan in conjunction with the Wii.

  Hello everyone, I am looking for SCOTT.. We made an agreement that we do a weigh-in every Friday and here I am. I have done my weight-in and it is !!! Drum roll please.. Drrrrrrr 263lbs. I have lost 3lbs.. Scott if you are out there I am holding you accountable for your weigh-in..

Hello everybody. I changed my diet around and changed my exercise around just a little, nothing major at all for both and I lost 2 more lbs, in fact I think I gave them to my wife because she gained 2 lbs.. LOL

I want to personally thank Tiffany:

She made a couple of suggestions because I asked for help when I was at a stand still, I was stuck @ 255lbs for about a week or so. Thank you very much Tiffany, because they worked. I dropped 2lbs this week and I will continue with your suggestions..

I am new here and I wanted to stop by to say Hello to everyone. I am going to lose about 75 LBS, I have already lost 11 LBS and I am at a standstill. Is this normal?? and if so how do I get my body metabolism kicked back in to gear…
